30-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your Lunetta jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

What's Covered

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging
• Personalized/custom pieces (initial bracelets, engraved items) can only be returned if defective — custom items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns
  

How to Start a Return

If We're Unable to Process a Physical Return

In rare cases — such as warehouse capacity issues, shipping restrictions, or other logistical circumstances on our end — we may be unable to accept the item back. In these situations, we'll offer you a 50% refund and you're welcome to keep the item. This ensures you're never left without a resolution, even when a full return isn't possible on our side.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Final sale / clearance items (marked at checkout)
• Items damaged due to misuse (exposure to chemicals, extreme heat, or physical damage not related to manufacturing)
