Shipping policy

We process and dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days of purchase.

Delivery times: Standard delivery across Europe: 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the bundle you choose. The more pieces you bundle together, the more you save on shipping per item — exact rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order at any time.

Delays: While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at konstantin@vibronis.com and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or missing orders: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
